從史丹佛畢業已經十年了。十年來，常在校友身上重溫到史丹佛精神。比如說看到楊致遠創辦Yahoo，便想起母校鼓勵我們冒險創業。不過最近讓我想起史丹佛的人，並不是校友。表面上，他跟史丹佛一點關係都沒有。他的名字叫史帝芬‧賈伯斯（Steve Jobs）。
賈伯斯是蘋果電腦的創辦人兼執行長、當今橫跨科技界和娛樂界的巨星。隨著iPod發燒，賈伯斯成為科技界的一哥。同時他創辦的皮克斯片場(Pixar)，也因「超人特攻隊」、「海底總動員」等片成為好萊塢的新貴。能在兩大產業都呼風喚雨，全世界只有賈伯斯一人。
